What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You take on the independent handling of civil engineering projects in the Munich/southern Germany area.
- You are responsible for the performance and results of the assigned projects.
- You ensure the agreed execution dates and quality standards.
- You lead the assigned project and construction site staff and are responsible for work safety.
- You are responsible for the targeted awarding of necessary subcontractor services.
- You are responsible for creating and enforcing change orders.
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (FH/TU) or similar.
- Several years of professional experience in handling civil engineering projects.
- Experience as a senior site manager or several years of experience in site management.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the construction field.
- Proficient in general IT applications, RIB iTWO, and digital tools.
- Leadership experience, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and also team spirit.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Strong awareness of necessary work safety.
- Openness or ideally experience in implementing BIM and Lean methodology.
- Commitment and independent, results-oriented working style.
- Willingness to travel, sometimes for assignments beyond the region.
