Your tasks at Geiger
- Managing site projects in the field of concrete repair
- Organizing construction sites, including all financial, contractual, and technical matters
- Leading site teams
- Keeping an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines
What we’re looking for
- A degree in civil engineering or a qualification as a certified construction technician
- Several years of experience in leadership and on-site management
- Knowledge of construction contract regulations (e.g., VOB, HOAI)
- Great communication and persuasion skills
- A self-driven and structured way of working, with plenty of assertiveness and reliability
