What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You support the project management in handling the construction contract
- Your tasks include preparing construction deviation reports
- You are also responsible for creating the basis for calculating additional offers
- You prepare the additional cost calculations, including the related documents
- In your role, you collaborate with the legal services and contract management departments
- As a change order estimator (m/f/d) for tunnel construction, you participate in change order negotiations
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering
- Professional experience in estimation or construction execution
- Proficient use of general computer applications
- Knowledge of RIB iTWO
- Independent, success-oriented work style
- Good communication and assertiveness skills
