What you will do with us
Your Tasks
- You conduct hands-on training directly on the construction site and teach our installation teams the proper installation of heat pumps.
- You accompany new teams in their first projects, support them in implementation, and ensure that they can work independently and confidently after a short time.
- You check compliance with our quality and safety standards on-site and provide constructive feedback for the continuous development of the teams.
- You work closely with our technical departments and central training coordination to continuously improve training content and adapt it to current requirements.
- You are regularly on the road in your area and actively contribute to spreading our mission of climate-friendly heat supply.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed HVAC training
- Experience with heating systems and heat pumps
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Good German language skills
- Full willingness to travel (5 days/week)
