Your tasks at Geiger
- Operating and monitoring the concrete mixing plant based on production targets
- Controlling and checking the mixing processes via control software
- Making sure quality standards and safety rules are followed
- Documenting production workflows and material usage
- Fixing glitches on your own to keep the plant running smoothly
- Handling maintenance, care, and repair work on the mixing plants
- Coordinating material planning, deliveries, and storage
What we’re looking for
- A completed technical apprenticeship, e.g., as a process mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or something similar
- Hands-on skills and a good technical understanding of production plants
- Experience operating production machinery, ideally in the concrete or building materials sector, is a plus
- A team player who can also work independently
- Basic MS Office skills and ideally some experience with process control systems
- A friendly and confident manner when dealing with our customers
