Your tasks at Geiger
- Operating and monitoring the asphalt mixing plant according to the production plan
- Controlling and checking the mixing processes via the control software
- Making sure quality standards and workplace safety rules are followed
- Documenting production processes and material usage
- Independently troubleshooting to keep the plant available and running
- Maintenance, care, and repair work on the mixing plants
- Coordinating material pre-planning, delivery, and storage
What we’re looking forward to
- Completed technical training, e.g. as a process mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or similar
- Hands-on skills and a good technical understanding of production equipment
- Experience operating production plants, ideally in asphalt or building materials (a plus)
- Team player with the ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Basic MS Office skills and ideally experience with process control systems
- Friendly, confident manner when dealing with our customers
