What you’ll do at Geiger
- Independently dispatch and manage our own fleet, while complying with all legal regulations
- Make sure vehicles are used to full capacity and regularly optimize day-to-day processes
- Assign transport jobs to subcontractors
- Continuously grow and develop our internal and external customer base
What we’re looking for
- Completed vocational training in logistics/shipping, e.g. as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d), or alternatively completed commercial training plus relevant work experience in logistics
- Ideally, experience dispatching bulk materials
- Good geographic knowledge of Southern Germany
- Strong sense of responsibility, great communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong service and customer-focused attitude
