Tasks at Geiger
- Conducting and coordinating life cycle assessments according to current standards
- Developing and maintaining a central component catalog with environmental metrics and circularity data
- Responsibility for EPD management for used building materials
- Integrating sustainability data into BIM models and digital planning processes
- Supporting the development of digital tools for life cycle assessment and material flow analysis
- Participating in grant applications, certifications, and sustainability reports
- Actively implementing the sustainability strategy through communication and leading by example, as well as moderating workshops, training sessions, and internal exchange formats
What We Look Forward To
- At least 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields (e.g., construction, sustainability, digitalization)
- Solid knowledge in sustainable building, especially LCA and EPD
- Experience in change management and transformation processes is a plus
- Understanding of digital processes and BIM interfaces in construction
- Structured, self-reliant work style and high initiative
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
