Commercial Project Manager for Turnkey Construction (m/f/d) Nuremberg
What you will do with us
Tasks
- You'll take full responsibility for coordinating and handling all the business side of construction projects
- You'll check and manage the staff and company records of subcontractors
- You'll check invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
- You'll handle internal and external billing for services
- You'll make sure subcontractor billing is done right
- You'll handle reporting and help out with the monthly profit and loss statements
- Your other tasks include helping with job costing, as well as creating target-vs-actual comparisons and liquidity planning
What we're looking for
- Completed business training or degree
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the business side of construction projects
- Good skills with Microsoft Office, SAP S4, and RIB iTWO
- Strong teamwork and customer focus
- Being a team player, flexible, organized, and having an independent and dedicated way of working rounds off your profile
