Cost Estimator for Turnkey Construction (m/f/d) Munich
What you will do with us
Tasks
- You're in charge of calculating bids for turnkey building construction, including the necessary quantity take-offs
- You're also responsible for creating and evaluating service specifications and checking tender documents
- You put together bids by involving internal/external experts and subcontractors
- You handle the technical and contractual assessment of opportunities and risks
- You check and record incoming bids from subcontractors as well as material inquiries
- In your role, you maintain the calculation data
- As a cost estimator (m/f/d), you're responsible for the technical and contractual assessment of opportunities and risks
What we build on
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering
- Work experience in a similar role or in project management is a plus
- Confident handling of RIB iTWO
- Ideally, proficiency in common BIM software packages (Revit, Desite)
- Diligent way of working, accuracy, and reliability
