Your tasks at Geiger
- Process engineering design and concept for water and air purification
- Developing and evaluating process alternatives
- Creating process flow diagrams, process engineering balances, and sizing process stages
- Calculating manufacturing costs for projects
- Assessing technical project opportunities and risks
- Developing bid strategies together with sales and supporting customer care and consulting
- Keeping in touch with suppliers and watching the market for technical innovations
What we're looking for
- Successfully completed training as a technician (m/f/d) in the environmental field or an engineering degree in environmental technology / process engineering / chemical engineering or similar
- Work experience in plant construction / process engineering, ideally in contaminated site remediation
- Experience in estimation is a plus
- An independent and structured way of working, assertiveness, and high reliability
- Experience with ARRIBA or iTWO is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally for bid processing within Germany and Austria
- Work location and mobile office will be defined as needed
