Estimator (m/f/d) Environmental Technology / Process Engineering

Your tasks at Geiger:

  • Process design and concept development for water and air purification
  • Developing and evaluating process alternatives
  • Creating process flow diagrams, process balances, and sizing process stages
  • Creating manufacturing cost calculations for projects
  • Assessing technical project opportunities and risks
  • Developing bidding strategies together with sales and supporting customer care and consulting
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers and monitoring the market for technical innovations

What we're looking for:

  • Successfully completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) in the environmental field or an engineering degree in environmental technology / process engineering / chemical engineering or similar
  • Professional experience in plant construction / process engineering, ideally in the field of contaminated site remediation
  • Experience in estimation is desirable
  • An independent and structured way of working, assertiveness, and high reliability
  • Experience using ARRIBA or iTWO is a plus
  • Occasional willingness to travel within Germany and Austria for bid processing
  • Workplace and mobile office will be defined as needed
