Your tasks at Geiger:
- Process design and concept development for water and air purification
- Developing and evaluating process alternatives
- Creating process flow diagrams, process balances, and sizing process stages
- Creating manufacturing cost calculations for projects
- Assessing technical project opportunities and risks
- Developing bidding strategies together with sales and supporting customer care and consulting
- Maintaining contact with suppliers and monitoring the market for technical innovations
What we're looking for:
- Successfully completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) in the environmental field or an engineering degree in environmental technology / process engineering / chemical engineering or similar
- Professional experience in plant construction / process engineering, ideally in the field of contaminated site remediation
- Experience in estimation is desirable
- An independent and structured way of working, assertiveness, and high reliability
- Experience using ARRIBA or iTWO is a plus
- Occasional willingness to travel within Germany and Austria for bid processing
- Workplace and mobile office will be defined as needed
