Tasks at Geiger
- Creating production cost estimates for contaminated site projects together with the sales team
- Analyzing tender documents, checking quantities, and working out performance assessments
- Developing technical concepts and special proposals
- Assessing technical project opportunities and risks
- Supporting sales with technical advice and customer care
- Creating order, supplement, and work calculations as part of work preparation
- Helping out with project handover meetings
What we're looking for
- A degree in civil engineering, ideally focusing on heavy construction, geotechnics, or environmental technology, or completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of experience as an estimator (m/f/d) or site manager (m/f/d) in the fields of environment, structural engineering, road construction, or civil engineering is a plus
- An independent and structured way of working, assertiveness, and high reliability
- Experience using iTWO is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and sometimes to Austria and Switzerland
- Workplace and mobile office options will be defined as needed
