Your tasks at Geiger
- Taking the lead on preparing bids for high-end turnkey projects in industrial, commercial, residential, and hotel construction
- Coordinating the project team, including internal colleagues and external partners
- Coming up with alternative proposals and optimizations
- Presenting and explaining our bids to clients
What we’re looking for
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a qualification as a Construction Technician (or something similar)
- Experience with bidding and estimating software, ideally iTWO
- An interest in BIM and a willingness to dive deeper into it
- An independent working style, reliability, and assertiveness
- A strong sense of cost-consciousness and a knack for numbers
