Tasks at Geiger:
- Independent preparation of bids for demanding turnkey construction projects in industrial, commercial, residential, and hotel construction
- Coordination of the project team consisting of internal colleagues and external partners
- Development of alternative proposals and optimizations
- Presentation and explanation of our offers to the customer
What we're looking for:
- A degree in civil engineering (m/f/d), architecture (m/f/d), or as a construction technician (m/f/d) or a comparable education
- Your experience with bidding and estimation software, ideally iTWO
- Your interest in BIM and willingness to dive deeper into it
- An independent working style, reliability, and assertiveness
- Your strong cost awareness and understanding of numbers
