Your tasks at Geiger:
- Taking full charge of creating bids for concrete repair projects
- Reviewing and evaluating tender documents
- Checking quantities, estimating performance, and calculating costs
- Putting together competitive bids, job costing, and change orders
- Leading contract negotiations and handling the bidding process right up to the signed contract
- Handing over projects to site managers for execution
- Handling supplementary and working calculations
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Construction Technician
- Several years of experience in cost estimation, ideally in concrete repair
- An independent way of working and a healthy dose of assertiveness
