Your tasks at Geiger:
- Taking full charge of creating bids for concrete repair projects
- Reviewing and checking tender documents
- Quantity take-offs, performance estimates, and cost calculations
- Creating cost-effective bids, contract calculations, and change orders
- Leading contract negotiations and handling the bidding process right up to the signed contract
- Handing over projects to the site managers for execution
- Creating supplementary and working calculations
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Construction Technician
- Several years of experience as an estimator, ideally in concrete repair
- An independent way of working and the ability to hold your own
