Tasks at Geiger: * Independent and complete preparation of bids for concrete repair projects * Assessing and checking tender documents * Quantity checks, performance estimates, and cost calculations * Creating economical bids and job calculations as well as change orders * Leading contract negotiations and taking responsibility for the bidding process until the construction contract is signed * Handing over projects to site managers for execution * Creating change order and working calculations. What we're looking for: * A degree in civil engineering or training as a construction technician * Several years of professional experience in estimating, ideally in concrete repair * An independent way of working and assertiveness.
