What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You'll handle the cost estimation for construction and subcontractor services in engineering construction projects.
- You're responsible for performance assessments in coordination with work preparation.
- You identify opportunities and risks in collaboration with all project team members.
- You assist in optimizing the design and identifying alternative construction methods.
- You're in charge of quantity calculations and plausibility checks.
- You prepare tender documents for subcontractors and suppliers and are responsible for evaluating incoming offers.
- You support technical controlling in setting up and maintaining work calculations.
- You collaborate with all parties involved in the technical back office.
- You're responsible for creating supplementary calculations, including related documents and offer preparation for our clients.
- What We Rely On
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable field.
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the calculation and/or execution of complex engineering construction projects.
- The main focus of technical competence is engineering construction.
- Interest and commitment to successfully shaping projects.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in general computer applications.
- Knowledge of the RIB iTWO (Arriba) calculation program.
