(Junior) Site Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering
We are looking for a (Junior) Site Manager (m/f/d) for Civil Engineering for oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach as soon as possible.
These are the tasks you'll take on:
- Site management for civil engineering and road construction projects
- Organizing construction sites including all economic, contractual, and technical matters as well as quality, cost, and schedule control
- Leading the site team
- Creating measurements and the necessary billing documents
- Determining billing quantities
- Creating interim and final invoices as well as all necessary as-built documents and documentation
Our requirements:
- Successfully completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d), civil engineer (m/f/d), or surveying technician (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in site management; we offer career starters the opportunity to join with appropriate training
- Ideally CAD skills
- An independent and structured way of working, assertiveness, and reliability
