What you will do with us
(Junior) Site Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering
We’re looking for a (Junior) Site Manager (m/f/d) in Civil Engineering to join the oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG team in Durach as soon as possible.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing projects in civil engineering and road construction
- Organizing construction sites, including all financial, contractual, and technical matters, as well as keeping an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines
- Leading the site team
- Taking measurements and preparing the necessary billing documents
- Calculating quantities for invoicing
- Handling interim and final billing, plus all required as-built documentation
What we’re looking for:
- A degree or qualification as a construction technician, civil engineer, or surveying technician
- Experience in site management (but if you’re a beginner, we’ll give you a shot and show you the ropes)
- Ideally, some CAD skills
- An independent and organized way of working, with a bit of assertiveness and reliability
