What you will do with us
(Junior) Site Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering
For oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach, we’re looking for a (Junior) Site Manager (m/f/d) in civil engineering to start as soon as possible.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing projects in civil and road construction
- Organizing construction sites, covering all commercial, contractual, and technical aspects, plus quality, cost, and schedule control
- Leading the site team
- Preparing measurements and the required billing documents
- Determining quantities for billing
- Preparing progress and final invoices, as well as all required as-built documents and documentation
What we’re looking for
- Completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d), civil engineer (m/f/d), or surveying technician (m/f/d)
- Experience in site management; if you’re just starting out, we offer an entry opportunity with proper onboarding
- Ideally, CAD skills
- A self-reliant and structured way of working, assertiveness, and reliability
