- (Junior) Construction Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering
For oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach, we are looking for a (Junior) Construction Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering as soon as possible.
Your tasks will include:
- Managing projects in civil and road construction
- Organizing construction sites with all economic, contractual, and technical aspects, as well as quality, cost, and schedule control
- Leading the construction site team
- Preparing measurements and necessary billing documents
- Determining billing quantities
- Creating interim and final invoices, as well as all necessary inventory documents and documentation
Our requirements:
- Successfully completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d), civil engineer (m/f/d), or surveying technician (m/f/d)
- Experience in construction management; we offer entry-level opportunities with appropriate training for beginners
- Ideally, CAD skills
- An independent and structured way of working, assertiveness, and reliability
