Tasks at Geiger
- Administration and continuous development of our Citrix enterprise platforms and services (Virtual Apps and Desktops, Netscaler)
- Rollout of applications in Citrix environments
- Maintenance and optimization of master images
- Carrying out projects with a focus on Citrix
- Performing performance analyses, optimization, and troubleshooting measures
- Handling 2nd and 3rd level requests, incidents, and changes
- Coordination of external service providers
What we're looking for
- Completed vocational training or degree in the IT field or a comparable technical education
- Several years of professional experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Citrix environments
- Understanding of how enterprise datacenter technologies and architectures work together
- Experience with automation tools is a plus
- Innovative and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong sense of quality as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working
