Your tasks at Geiger
- Administering and continuously developing our Citrix enterprise platforms and services (Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler)
- Rolling out applications in Citrix environments
- Maintaining and optimizing master images
- Running projects with a Citrix focus
- Performing performance analyses, optimization steps, and troubleshooting
- Handling 2nd and 3rd level requests, incidents, and changes
- Coordinating external service providers
What we’re looking for
- Completed vocational training or a degree in IT, or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Citrix environments
- Understanding how enterprise data center technologies and architectures work together
- Experience with automation tools is a plus
- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong quality awareness plus a structured, goal-driven way of working
