Your tasks at Geiger:
- Managing and constantly improving our Citrix enterprise platforms and services (Virtual Apps and Desktops, Netscaler)
- Rolling out applications in Citrix environments
- Maintaining and optimizing master images
- Leading projects with a focus on Citrix
- Running performance analyses, optimizations, and troubleshooting
- Handling 2nd and 3rd level requests, incidents, and changes
- Coordinating with external service providers
What we’re looking for:
- A degree or vocational training in IT, or a similar technical background
- Several years of professional experience
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft and Citrix environments
- A good understanding of how enterprise datacenter technologies and architectures work together
- Experience with automation tools is a plus
- An innovative and solution-oriented mindset
- A strong sense of quality and a structured, goal-driven way of working
