• Precision during assembly: You'll assemble our wood and roof truss systems professionally according to assembly plans.

• Teamwork on the construction site: Together with crane operators and colleagues, you'll ensure a safe and smooth assembly process.

• Focus on quality: You'll check components and connections and make sure all work is done carefully and professionally.

• Safety first: You consistently follow all regulations regarding occupational safety as well as environmental and health protection.

• Flexibility: You'll be working on our construction sites nationwide and helping to ensure our projects are finished on time.

What you bring to the table:

• Completed vocational training in a craft or technical field: Ideally as a carpenter, roofer, wood mechanic, or in a similar trade.

• Manual dexterity: You work reliably, carefully, and enjoy assembling wooden structures.

• Willingness to travel: Nationwide assignments and multi-day assembly trips are a natural part of the job for you.

• Independent way of working: You take initiative and keep an overview even in demanding situations.

• Responsibility & teamwork: You work reliably and know that successful projects only happen together.

• Class B driver's license: Ideally, you have additional license classes or qualifications.
