Your tasks at Geiger
- Building base and gravel layers as the foundation for asphalt layers
- Laying and compacting asphalt layers using pavers and rollers, or by hand on smaller areas
- Carrying out road repair work
- Operating the equipment used for asphalt paving
What we’re looking for
- Completed vocational training as an asphalt and road construction worker (m/f/d) or comparable experience in civil and road construction
- First experience in asphalt construction
- Willingness to work on different construction sites in the Allgäu and Upper Swabia area
- Motivation and strong commitment, team spirit, and the ability to think and work independently
