Skilled Asphalt Worker (m/f/d)

Your tasks at Geiger
- Prepping base and gravel layers as a foundation for asphalt
- Laying and compacting asphalt using pavers and rollers, or by hand for smaller areas
- Handling road repair work
- Operating asphalt construction machinery
What we’re looking for
- Completed vocational training as an asphalt or road builder, or solid experience in civil engineering and road construction
- Some initial experience in asphalt work
- Willingness to work at various sites across the Allgäu and Upper Swabia regions
- Plenty of commitment, team spirit, and the ability to think and act independently
