Tasks as an Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) in Tunneling What tasks can you expect as an Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) in Tunneling?
- You'll create supply concepts from project calculation to implementation in the areas of:
- Construction power (medium and low voltage)
- Emergency power
- Data, communication, and safety systems (above and underground)
- You'll be the technical lead for electrical operations, especially for plants and systems on large-scale projects as the Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK)
- You'll handle organizational duties in the electrical sector and support construction sites on-site from time to time
- You'll write work instructions, operating manuals, and risk assessments for your area
- You'll support the purchasing process for electrical plants, systems, and equipment—from drafting tender documents to suggesting who gets the contract
- You'll coordinate and order construction power connections
Requirements as an Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) in Tunneling What requirements do you bring as an Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) in Tunneling?
- A degree in electrical engineering or something similar
- Ideally, experience in designing and setting up electrical systems with a focus on medium and low voltage, as well as data and communication systems
- Experience in tunneling is a plus, but not a must
- Willingness to travel and a really good understanding of electrical equipment for construction sites
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
