What you will do with us
- Responsibilities
- You independently handle purchasing activities for subcontractor and supplier services in the construction logistics area and actively support projects during the bidding and execution phases.
- You maintain and further develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- You keep an eye on optimization opportunities and cost-saving potential.
- Making sure the processes and standards set by the central Procurement department are followed is also part of your role.
- Active category management (category analyses, category strategies, negotiating framework agreements) is also part of your responsibilities.
- What we’re looking for
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field (industry, construction business administration, or similar) or a technical qualification
- Experience in procurement in the construction or facility management industry (at least 3 years)
- Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, an entrepreneurial mindset and way of working, plus a high level of initiative, independent working style, personal commitment, and team spirit
- Solid know-how in operational and strategic procurement, good technical understanding, and strong communication skills to build internal and external networks
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
