- To strengthen our team at the Memmingen location, we are looking for a Dispatcher (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
- WHAT TO EXPECT
- Efficient planning of personnel, vehicles, and equipment for optimal utilization and coordination of the fleet
- Compliance with legal regulations (work, safety, driving and rest times, permit management)
- Reliable documentation, correspondence, and data maintenance for own and third-party transports
- Coordination and communication with colleagues, internal departments, and external partners
- Economic actions considering efficiency and costs
- Ensuring and planning requirements in the area of large and heavy transports (e.g., BF3 vehicle)
- WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., construction, logistics, freight forwarding)
- Professional experience in dispatching, ideally in the construction industry
- Sense of responsibility for safety and compliance
- Basic knowledge of labor law, waste law, and transport regulations
- Organizational talent and structured working method
- Resilience and flexibility with short-term changes
- Strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners
