What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You coordinate and manage the planning processes across all service phases
- You act as the interface between the client, planning partners, specialist engineers, and execution
- You ensure planning is on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards
- You review and approve planning documents
- You manage planning changes and change management
- You facilitate planning meetings and interdisciplinary coordination
- You ensure compliance with standards, norms, and regulatory requirements
- As a Design Manager (m/f/d), you support project management in tenders and technical decisions
- What We Rely On
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in planning, construction management, or planning management
- In-depth knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and relevant standards and regulations
- Experience in managing complex construction projects and planning teams
- Good knowledge of CAD/BIM and common project management tools
- Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and assertiveness
- Teamwork skills and organizational talent
- Willingness to travel and commitment to construction sites/project locations within Germany
