What you will do with us
For our Geothermal team with construction sites all over Germany, especially right now in the Schrobenhausen region, we're looking for a Drilling Rig Operator – Geothermal (m/f/d) to start right away.

What to expect in your new role:
- Operating and driving drilling rigs (including KLEMM, GEOTEC ROTOMAX XL GTCi) for geothermal drilling on sites across Germany; depending on the job, Austria/Switzerland are also possible
- Creating geothermal boreholes up to 400 m deep using hammer drilling, flush drilling, and other methods
- Monitoring the drilling process according to technical specs and plans, including documenting the work (drilling logs, daily reports)
- Working closely with drilling specialists, foremen, and site managers, and reporting to them
- Regular maintenance, minor repairs, and care of the drilling rigs and related equipment to keep things running smoothly, plus reporting to supervisors in case of downtime
- Following and helping implement BAUER standards for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
How you'll win us over:
- Completed training as a drilling rig operator, well builder, civil engineering worker, or something similar
- Initial work experience as a drilling rig operator, well builder, master driller, or a similar job; experience with small drilling rigs is a plus
- Understanding of soil types and drilling methods (e.g., flush drilling)
- Willingness to work on construction sites across Germany, and potentially Austria and Switzerland depending on the project
- Valid Class B driver's license
