Investment Controller (m/f/d) - with 30 days off, home office, and a Christmas bonus!

We are looking for an Investment Controller (m/f/d) for BAUER Resources at the Schrobenhausen location, starting immediately.

What to expect in your new role:

• Commercial support and active controlling of national and some international subsidiaries within the BAUER Resources segment
• Active involvement and review of subsidiary balance sheets (based on IFRS and Local GAAP)
• Planning, forecasting, and budgeting for subsidiaries as well as support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Carrying out variance analyses and counter-measures when plans go off track
• (Further) development of controlling systems and processes
• Involvement in corporate and tax law issues as well as monthly reporting to management

How you can impress us:

• Completed business degree focusing on finance, accounting, or controlling, or a commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as a tax assistant with further training as a certified management accountant or tax specialist or a similar background
• Initial professional experience in financial accounting and/or cost accounting
• Good knowledge of HGB accounting; knowledge of IFRS as well as tax and corporate law is a plus
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana (FI/CO) and MS Office; Microsoft Power BI is desirable
