To strengthen our team at the Memmingen location, we are looking for a construction manager for turnkey construction projects (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
- WHAT TO EXPECT
- Preparation and handling of construction sites of various sizes
- Checking the proper and professional execution of the commissioned and tendered services and ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards
- Construction process, personnel, and equipment disposition
- Measurement and billing
- Personnel management (foreman, skilled workers, etc.)
- Coordination and alignment with architects, specialist planners, and specialist companies as well as authorities
- Observance of safety, health, and environmental protection
- Confident handling of VOB and HOA

- Completed studies in civil engineering/architecture/construction project management or completed technical training as a technician or master craftsman
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
