Your tasks at Geiger
- Managing turnkey construction projects in collaboration with the existing team
- Supporting and steering the projects and individual work steps
- Preparing tenders, evaluating offers, and awarding subcontractor services
- Providing technical advice to the project team and developing optimization ideas to achieve the best possible cost-efficiency while maintaining the high quality standards of our construction projects
What we’re looking for
- A completed degree in civil engineering or architecture, or completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience handling turnkey construction projects
- Knowledge of construction contract regulations (e.g., VOB, HOAI)
- Very strong persuasion and communication skills
- An independent working style and strong cost awareness
- Confident with MS Office; knowledge of estimating software is a plus
