What you’ll do at Geiger
- Handle turnkey construction projects together with the existing team
- Support and manage the projects and individual work steps
- Prepare tenders, review offers, and award subcontractor services
- Provide technical advice to the project team and develop optimization ideas to achieve the best possible cost-efficiency while maintaining the high quality standards of our construction projects
What we’re looking for
- A completed degree in civil engineering or architecture, or completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience managing turnkey construction projects
- Knowledge of construction contract regulations (e.g., VOB, HOAI)
- Very strong persuasion and communication skills
- An independent working style and strong cost awareness
- Confident with MS Office; experience with estimating/costing software is a plus
