Tasks at Geiger: * Handling turnkey construction projects together with the existing team * Supporting and managing projects and individual work steps * Tendering, evaluating bids, and awarding subcontracts * Providing expert advice to the project team and working out optimization suggestions to get the best possible cost-effectiveness while keeping up the high quality standards of our construction projects. What we're looking for: * A degree in civil engineering or architecture, or alternatively, training as a construction technician or something similar * Initial work experience in handling turnkey construction projects * Knowledge of construction contract regulations (e.g., VOB, HOAI) * Great persuasion and communication skills * An independent way of working and a strong sense of cost awareness * Good skills with MS Office apps; knowledge of calculation programs is a plus.
