Site Manager (m/f/d) in Civil Engineering and Pipeline Construction

As a certified specialist in pipeline, sewer, and special civil engineering, we handle demanding projects for municipalities, energy suppliers, and industry. We are looking for an assertive and experienced Construction Manager (m/f/d) to lead our construction projects with ambition and see them through to success. What you'll be doing (Your Tasks): • Independent Construction Management: Holistic steering, monitoring, and acceptance of demanding projects in civil engineering and pipeline construction. • Team Leadership & Resource Planning: Coordinating, scheduling, and leading our own commercial employees as well as managing subcontractors on-site. • Financial Responsibility: Project controlling, creating measurements, preparing billing, and active change order management. • Quality & Safety: Ensuring execution is on time, high quality, and within budget while strictly following safety and environmental regulations. • Interface Function: Competent contact person for clients, authorities, planners, and internal project participants. What you should bring (Your Profile): • Qualification: Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, further training as a construction technician (m/f/d), or a master craftsman's certificate in civil/road engineering. • Experience: Solid professional experience in construction or project management within civil engineering, sewer construction, or pipeline construction. • Knowledge: Confident handling of VOB (German construction contract procedures), construction contract law, and common billing and calculation software. • Personality: Assertiveness, negotiation skills, strong communication, and a structured way of working. • Mobility: Class B driver's license and willingness for regional assignments at our construction sites.
