What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You develop construction process concepts and are responsible for implementing them into individual construction processes
- You are responsible for planning the construction site setup and logistics
- You coordinate and manage subcontractors
- You handle site billing and cost control
- You coordinate and manage the assigned personnel
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (FH/TU) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the construction field
- BIM and LEAN knowledge is a plus
- Commitment and an independent, results-oriented work approach
