Construction Manager (m/f/d) Major Project "Südlink" Road Construction

Your Tasks:

• Managing construction projects in road and civil engineering, especially as part of the major "Suedlink" project around Würzburg
• Organizing and planning the construction process and closely coordinating with project management
• Coordinating your own construction teams and subcontractors
• Billing for construction measures
• Creating work calculations and being responsible for project controlling
• Regular site inspections and documentation
• Conducting supplementary negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors in consultation with the technical department and group management

Your Qualifications:

• Completed studies in civil engineering (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Ideally, experience with RIB iTWO
• Solid knowledge of construction contract law and VOB
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as an independent, committed, and responsible working style
• Assertiveness and negotiation skills complete your profile
