Construction Clerk, Munich East Station

Tasks

• You'll help with the business management of the major 2nd S-Bahn trunk line project in Munich (Ostbahnhof) from the bidding phase all the way to completion
• You'll take on tasks in invoice verification, processing, and liquidity planning
• You'll help out with evaluations, budget-vs-actual comparisons, and monthly/result reports for project controlling
• You'll support the purchasing department in getting subcontractors, materials, and services
• You'll work closely with project management, purchasing, and both internal and external partners

What we're looking for

• Successfully completed (construction) business training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, tax assistant, or a similar qualification or degree
• Work experience in commercial project business, ideally in main construction, tunneling, civil engineering, or structural engineering
• Knowledge in invoice verification, billing, cost controlling, and project calculation
• Solid skills with MS Office, especially Excel, plus experience using SAP
• Analytical thinking and a structured, independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
• Very good German skills, both spoken and written
