What we're looking for: * A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction technology, or something similar * Several years of experience as a team leader or branch manager in construction and project management, remodeling, renovation, or building restoration with personnel and budget responsibility * Experience in calculation and solid knowledge of cost estimation and presenting offers * A comprehensive understanding of sales and business, plus a strong sense of cost-awareness * Great communication skills and a friendly personality * Reliability and assertiveness, combined with a strong entrepreneurial mindset * A high level of responsibility and teamwork * A structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working.
