Your tasks at Geiger:
- Operating crawler excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, rollers, and dumpers – some with GPS control
- Working on regional and travel-based demolition, remediation, and landfill construction sites
Your path to becoming a Foreman (m/f/d) includes:
- Helping organize and coordinate workflows to prep you for future leadership roles
- Taking part in targeted training and qualification programs – we cover the costs
- Hands-on mentoring from experienced colleagues who will guide you along the way
- Future outlook: Leading your own site team and taking over foreman duties once you're qualified
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally, completed training as a Heavy Equipment Operator or several years of solid experience in the field
- Motivation to grow personally and take on leadership responsibility
- Readiness to participate in training and courses to become a Foreman
- Flexibility to work at different locations – we pay for good single rooms plus a daily allowance
- An independent and self-reliant way of working
- Team spirit, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility
