Your tasks at Geiger
- Operating tracked excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, rollers, and dumpers — some with GPS control
- Regional/nationwide travel and assembly work on demolition, remediation, and landfill construction sites
Growing into a Foreman (m/f/d), including through:
- Support with organizing and coordinating workflows, with an eye toward future leadership tasks
- Taking part in targeted training and qualification programs — we cover the costs
- Hands-on mentoring from experienced colleagues who’ll support you along the way
- Long-term: independently leading a site team and taking on foreman duties after successful qualification
What we’re looking forward to
- Ideally, completed training as a construction equipment operator (m/f/d) or several years of relevant experience
- Motivation to develop personally and take on leadership responsibility
- Willingness to attend training and further education to become a foreman (m/f/d)
- Flexibility to work at changing locations — we cover the cost of good single rooms, plus per diem
- A responsible, independent way of working
- Team spirit, organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
