Tasks at Geiger:

• Operating crawler excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, rollers, and dumpers – some with GPS control
• Regional/assembly deployment at demolition, remediation, and landfill construction sites

Development into a Foreman (m/f/d) through:

• Support in organizing and coordinating workflows with an eye toward future leadership tasks
• Participation in targeted further training and qualification measures – we cover the costs
• Hands-on support from experienced colleagues who will guide you on your way
• Future perspective: Independent leadership of a construction site team and taking over foreman duties after successful qualification

What we're looking for:

• Ideally, completed training as a construction equipment operator (m/f/d) or relevant, multi-year professional experience
• Motivation for personal development and taking on leadership responsibility
• Willingness to participate in training and further education to become a foreman (m/f/d)
• Flexibility to work at changing locations – we cover the costs for good single rooms, plus a daily allowance
• Self-reliant and independent way of working
• Teamwork skills, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility
