For oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach, we are looking for an apprentice Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) starting in September 2026.

What you'll learn with us:

• Getting to know selected commercial departments at various locations in the Allgäu region (Mittelberg (AT), Oberstdorf, Waltenhofen), e.g., Purchasing, Calculation, Controlling, HR, Financial Accounting, and much more.
• Office organization and scheduling
• Commercial processing of our construction projects
• Obtaining quotes and ordering goods and subcontractor services for the company, as well as contractual checking and booking of incoming invoices
• Negotiating and communicating with customers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Insight into creating quotes, calculations, and order processing
• Checking payment transactions
• Determining and planning personnel needs and deployment
• Recording and processing personnel documents and data required for payroll
