What you'll learn with us:
- Taking maintenance and repair orders
- Helping out with consultations for new and used vehicles
- Supporting vehicle handovers and aftersales
- Learning service-oriented communication with customers
- Maintaining vehicle and customer data in digital systems
- Working in accounting: invoice checking, payment transactions, calculations
- Supporting disposition, e.g., vehicle orders and delivery planning
- Insights into HR and administrative processes
- Insights into the repair workshop and field service
- Supporting the spare parts warehouse with ordering, storage, and sales
- Insights into various vehicle classes (cars, trucks, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, etc.)
What you should bring to the table:
- Successful school graduation
- Enthusiasm for everything with four wheels and/or tracks
- Enjoyment of customer contact and consulting
- Organizational skills
- Friendliness and openness
