Instructor for Mechatronics Technicians (m/f/d) – Bruckberg

Here's how exciting your job will be: * Teaching necessary job skills in theory and practice to mechatronics technicians * Mentoring and advising apprentices during their training * Leading and motivating apprentices both professionally and personally * Planning, organizing, and managing the training schedule * Leading projects within the vocational training field. How you can win us over: * Successfully completed technical training as a mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or something similar * Further training as a master craftsman or technician in mechanics, mechatronics, or electronics * Qualification according to the trainer aptitude regulation (AEVO / AdA certificate) * Initial experience in leading staff and in vocational training * Enjoyment in training, supporting, and developing apprentices * Knowledge of MS Office and very good German skills * Good organizational skills, strong communication, and teamwork.
